Our capability was demonstrated during the wind storm in September of 2009. Even though many were without power, phone and internet
including our offices, we were able to take our clients calls via forwarding our office phones to our cell phones and contact our contractors
via their private cell numbers. Over 200 of our client members contacted us for roofing and tree removal needs. All clients were contacted
and dried-in within 3-5 days by reputable contractors, not someone that moved in to town just to take advantage of the situation.

The important thing to remember for emergency service is to call us for the most rapid response. We do not monitor email requests outside
of normal business hours. The common emergencies we deal with are fire, water and storm. We have outstanding contractors on call to
deal with the clean-up of a disaster and returning your home to livable condition. We also can provide boarding up services should your
home be vandalized or damaged. We are your one stop shop for everything from clean-up to re-construction. You can make one call to us
